About Koli

Koli is a desktop app for importing, browsing, and managing archive data exported from other platforms. Koli is provided as a software product under the Koli name.

You can contact Koli about these terms, billing, or account access at [email protected].

Using Koli

You are responsible for the archive files and local data that you open, import, or store with Koli. You must only use Koli with data you have the right to access and process.

Koli may change over time. Features may be added, removed, changed, or limited where needed to keep the product reliable, secure, or maintainable.

Accounts

Some features require a Koli account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for any activity under your account. If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact Koli promptly.

Trials and Paid Access

Koli may offer a free trial before a paid subscription begins. Trial length, price, billing period, and renewal details are shown at checkout before you subscribe.

If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the payment method provided at checkout will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date.

Billing

Subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat and its payment providers. Koli does not store your full card details. Payment confirmation, receipts, and any taxes or currency details are handled through the checkout and payment provider flow.

Prices may change for future purchases. Any price, trial, or renewal information shown at checkout controls the subscription you choose.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription through the billing management link provided by Koli or the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund amounts already charged unless required by law or stated at checkout.

If you cancel during a trial, your paid subscription will not start after the trial period ends.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact Koli at [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may also be subject to the payment provider's rules.

Local Data

Koli stores imported archive data in the Koli library folder you choose on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own local files and library data.

Third-Party Archives

Koli works with archive exports from other platforms, but those platforms are not operated by Koli. Changes to third-party export formats may affect whether Koli can import or display specific archive files.

Service Availability

Koli is provided on an as available basis. Online services, account access, billing checks, and downloads may be interrupted, delayed, or changed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as Koli changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
